Introduction
- Where are you from? Hello everyone, I'm thrilled to be here! My name is Omar, I'm 19 years old, and I live and study in Denmark. - What immediate help do you need? I’m just starting my GHL SaaS agency journey and I'm currently dialing in my outreach strategy. I’d love to hear from those of you who are already landing clients: 1. What is your most effective outreach channel right now? (Cold calling, emails, personalized Looms, DMs?) 2. What is your preferred way of finding these prospects to outreach to? (Google Maps/search, Facebook groups, reddit and so on?) 3. Did you set a specific daily or weekly target/quota for your outreach, and what was it? 4. If you had to pinpoint the one thing or major shift that actually got your first few clients to say yes, what would it be? Thanks in advance for sharing your wisdom!😀

Welcome Omar. I'm 19 too and a week into selling my own thing, so no advice from a height, just the one thing that has changed my week. Before you write any outreach, check whether the businesses on your list can actually receive it. Take twenty from one town and count how many publish a working email or a contact route that reaches a human, and whether the web address on their listing resolves at all. In one category I checked, 0 of 25 published an email anywhere on their own site. In another, 8 of 8 did. If you pick the first category you will conclude your pitch is bad when the real problem is that nobody ever saw it. It also gives you an opener that is a fact rather than a guess, which matters a lot when you have no case studies yet. Good luck with it.
Alex, 19, UK - from the intro template: where I'm from, what I'm working on, what help I need
Where I'm from: the UK. Solo founder, 19. What I'm working on: LeadDrive, launched 1 September. You pick a town and a trade, it pulls the local businesses and checks each one before the first call - does the published web address resolve, is there a contact form, is a phone number listed, how many reviews - and gives you the list with the faults and gaps marked, so an agency's outreach can open on a real problem rather than a guessed one. This morning's run: three hair and roofing businesses in Wakefield whose published web address does not resolve on any of five public resolvers. What immediate help I need: how people here go from "this business has a dead site and no form" to a first GHL sub-account sale - do you sell the page first and the automation after, or bundle from the first call? I'll answer anything about the checking side in return.

That's the sequencing I'd been circling without naming it, Mouldi - thank you. The dead site is the one fault the owner can see for themselves, so the page is the low-trust first purchase, and the automation cards only make sense once there's a page for leads to land on. That's exactly why the check goes first in my list: it tells you which businesses are page-first conversations and which are already at the automation stage. If you want to run it on your own patch, the free account at leaddrive.uk is 150 credits with no card; Starter is £49/month for 1,000 credits, or £24.50 with FOUNDER50 for the first 12 months.
Prospecting: the one check I run before any local-business list goes near a sequence, and what it found in Wakefield this morning
Database reactivation and missed-call text-back both assume the business already has somewhere for a lead to land. Some don't, and you can find out in one lookup before you write a word of outreach: does the web address the business publishes on its own listing resolve at all? How I run it: bare domain and www checked separately (plenty answer on one and not the other), five public resolvers rather than one (Google, Cloudflare, Quad9, OpenDNS, AdGuard), and a known-live plus a known-dead domain run through the same script in the same second as controls, so a network blip can't pass as a finding. Dead only when all five say NXDOMAIN on both forms. This morning on Wakefield hair and roofing listings: three businesses whose published web address is not registered to anyone, while the directory still prints the link. That row gives you an opener the owner can check for himself in ten seconds, and a first sale (a page and a form) that a sub-account covers before the automation is even mentioned. I built the check into LeadDrive (mine, launched last Monday): pick a town and a trade, it pulls the businesses and checks the web address, contact form, phone and reviews for each, so the dead ones and the gaps are visible in the list. Free account at leaddrive.uk, 150 credits, no card. If it earns a place in your week, Starter is 49 pounds a month for 1,000 credits and FOUNDER50 halves that for the first twelve months. If you already screen lists some other way before they hit GHL, I'd like to hear what you check first.

Good question, Mouldi. I deliberately don't collapse them into one score - each check sits in its own column so you can sort on whichever fault your offer actually fixes. My own working order when I take a list into outreach: dead domain first, because it's the only one the business can't argue with and it's verifiable by anyone in ten seconds; no contact form second, because the site is up but a lead has nowhere to land, which is the exact gap a GHL form-plus-automation fills; phone gap last, because a missing number on a listing is often a data-entry problem rather than a business problem, so it's a weaker opener. Free account at leaddrive.uk is 150 credits with no card if you want to sort a Wakefield-sized batch yourself; Starter is £49/month for 1,000 credits, or £24.50 with FOUNDER50 for the first 12 months.
