I received a complaint as shown below but as the poster wasn’t damaged in transit and the customer is just disappointed with the actual product, I don’t think there is much I can do. I worry that I will receive a bad review tho.

Hi guys, been on Etsy for about two weeks now and have 7 sales so far. Most people have a niche however I’ve went for an everything that can be a poster can be sold at my store. Such as car posters, landscapes, music based posters etc and have about 68 listings so far and looking to add many more. Before I continue will it have any negative affects on my store being an All rounder poster business rather than a single niche business. Hope this makes sense Cheers

Woke up to this order and it’s making me feel a bit sick to be honest!

Is anyone else experiencing a slow September. In August I made 24 sales (majority when I had a sale on) and now in September I’ve only made 10 sales this month and just from reading posts in this discussion I was expecting September to be an even better month than August.

Any last minute advice for me managing my store whilst travelling. I am going to Thailand and Vietnam for 5 weeks from tomorrow . I have all my posters uploaded as products on Printshrimp so I believe I should be able to manage everything off my phone. My store is doing really well, I had my first ever sale in July and finished July with 6 sales. So far in August I’ve already had 16 sales so I’m hoping the momentum can continue
