I will keep Canva, ChatGPT, and Email List, and eliminate TikTok, which is unfortunately banned in my country.
📚 Turn ONE Book Idea Into MANY
We have a lot of new authors joining the community, so I wanted to bring this video back! It may be a short video, but there are a TON of takeaways packed into it. One question I get asked all the time is: “How did you have time to publish so many books?” One of the biggest reasons is that I don't always start from scratch with every book idea. Instead, I like to narrow in on one topic and ask: 👉 What other problems connect to this topic? 👉 What different audiences could I create a book for? 👉 Could this become a workbook, journal, guide, or companion book? 👉 What would the reader naturally want to learn about NEXT? I call this thinking in themes. Instead of seeing ONE book, you start seeing the possibilities surrounding that book. From there, I can create a list of future books and build a much more efficient publishing workflow because I'm staying within a topic I already understand. 🎥 Watch the video, then come back and tell me in the comments: What is your book topic—and how could you branch it out into 2–3 more books? Let's see how many new book ideas we can come up with! 👇📚

@Krista Brea, This is such a practical breakdown! Love how you emphasize systems over hustle. It really shifts the mindset from just writing books to actually building a publishing business. The point about learning the process first before outsourcing is gold. Great stuff! It actually reminded me of an article I recently wrote, “How to Turn One Activity Book Idea Into 10 Books.” But the bigger idea behind it is this: you can build a complete product catalog from a single niche for Amazon KDP and Etsy. One of the smartest ways to approach activity-book publishing is to stop thinking about creating just one book from one idea. Instead, think in terms of a repeatable system. A good niche can often be adapted into different puzzle formats, age groups, difficulty levels, seasonal editions, and printable products. That’s what can turn activity-book publishing from simply creating books into building a publishing business. Just wanted to share this perspective because it fits so well with the idea of building systems instead of constantly starting from scratch. Hope it gives anyone here another practical way to look at book publishing! 😊

Kindle Coloring Books
Does anybody put the coloring books on Kindle? Is it worth it?
2 likes • 9d
From my experience, Amazon is quite strict about publishing low-content and interactive books such as coloring books, puzzle books, and blank journals as Kindle eBooks. These types of books are mainly designed for physical interaction, such as coloring, solving puzzles, or writing, so they are generally better suited to paperback or hardcover formats. I actually tried converting one of my coloring books into a Kindle edition last year, but Amazon did not allow it. That experience made it clear to me that these books are still much more suitable for print. However, I’m hopeful this could change in the future. As e-reader technology continues to improve, it would be interesting to see Kindle support more interactive formats such as coloring, puzzles, and other activity books. I think there could be a lot of potential there.
