LM Sharron has years of hands-on experience in rescue, wildlife rehabilitation, nonprofit work, and animal advocacy, and Empowering Animals is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Inside the community, she's bringing together animal lovers with trusted rescues and nonprofits, animal stories and facts, conversations with rescuers and advocates, and practical ways everyday people can help. 🐾 Whether you volunteer, foster, donate, rescue, advocate... or you're simply the person who stops scrolling every single time an animal appears on your screen 😂... there's a place for you there. And I LOVE the message behind LM's community: None of us can help every animal. What if you spent 25 years or more being the one person that people called on when things needed handling? Whether it was a department at work, your household at home, any specific crisis... you were the one that got called, and you were good at it. Then one day the job's done... and before you know it, the kids don't need the same amount of attention from you the way they used to.
