Hey everyone! Micro Discipline 2.0 is opening up. Our first call is August 23rd, and our last call will be the week of September 20th (exact date and time TBD, I’ll be traveling that week). Five calls total over the four weeks. Here’s a reminder of what each week covers: Week 1: The Foundation — No dosing yet. We get your food, movement, sound, and awareness pillars in place before introducing anything. Week 2: The System — Your first dose happens this week. Full protocol: sourcing, dosing schedule, sound practices, and tracking. Week 3: The Deep Work — Emotional inventory paired with write, walk, and connect practices to help you actually integrate what’s coming up. Week 4: The New Identity — You’ll leave with a 90 day plan and a daily practice built around who you’re becoming. I’d love to have more of you in this community enroll and be part of it.
