Summer School launch has been a lot of work on top of working my dirty title opportunities. I did a real time demo of how I just uncovered an estate with title issues worth approximately $1.2m . Spending less than 30 minutes of time and a few dollars of additional research and skip tracing. My VAs are focused on lead generation and research. So I need to hire an additional VA to help with administration of Summer School. Good problems! I’m so grateful for these challenges.

Bring your favorite adult beverage & let's talk shop! I'll go over a The Summer School Syllabus & time permitting I'll touch on the Fundamentals of Dirty Title Opportunity.
