All glory to HIM.. Honestly, I don’t have some big speech for this one. I’m just grateful.😥 A couple months ago I was fighting just to get my first deal closed, and today I closed my third one. Not long before that, I was stressing about how I was going to pay my rent and bills, and it literally came down to the last day. That’s something I won’t ever forget. I’m still learning every day, still asking questions, still figuring things out as I go, but little by little, things are starting to click. Thank you again to @Evan Hamilton, @Korey Whitley, @Zach Ginn, @Richard Ginn and everyone in this community who has helped me along the way. I appreciate you guys more than you know. Three down. Grateful for every single one. Back to work.

All glory to God The first deal proved to me that I could do it. The second one reminded me that the work is starting to compound. This one wasn’t as big as the first, but a win is a win. Not every deal has to be a home run, sometimes it’s about keeping the momentum going, gaining experience, and getting another one across the finish line. Still learning. Still making mistakes.
