One of my biggest takeaways from the latest Skool updates: Stop obsessing over how many members joined. Start paying attention to how many stay. Your onboarding shouldn't end with a Welcome post. Think about the 90-day member journey: Day 7 → Quick win Help them get a result fast. Day 30 → Reason to return Create rituals, conversations and connections that become a habit. Day 60 → Deeper progress Move them from consuming content to actually implementing. Day 90 → Belonging Recognition, relationships, access and opportunities give them a reason to stay. Then do something even more important: Study the members who already make it to Day 90. What did they do? What did they consume? Where did they participate? What brought them back? Then build more of THAT into your onboarding. Don't just build a community people join. Build one they want to stay in.
