hey folks i've tried running free promotions and that has worked well but only for free ebook download. But not really generated any reviews. I have tried to experiment with running ads but again no consistent sales or results. Any tips would be much appreciated so that certain actions produce certain results...

Does it help with metadata and discoverability if I select just 1 or 2 or go for selecting 3 similar categories my books are about?

I've noticed some quite old listings have a few inner book images, but more recent ones only have front and back cover images. In the last few books I have published again I've only had option to include cover images. Anyone figure a hack or way around this?
