As I’m currently working with a few Indian clients, the base prices of their products are relatively low, so the commission per lead or appointment is also quite limited. Previously, I worked with US clients who had sufficient budgets for email infrastructure and marketing. However, the situation is different with my Indian clients, where the available budget is much smaller. The typical sales cycle is around three months, after which we may need to switch to new email accounts and domains to maintain deliverability. So, the challenge is to reach a large audience within a short period while keeping infrastructure costs low and minimizing the chances of emails landing in spam. Currently, I’m using Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace business email accounts. I warm them up for around 2–3 weeks, start by sending approximately 25 emails per account per day, and gradually increase the volume to around 250 emails per account per day. Does anyone have any suggestions for a more cost-effective email infrastructure or a better approach that would help me reach a larger audience in less time, within a limited budget, while maintaining good deliverability and minimizing spam issues? I’d appreciate any practical suggestions or recommendations based on your experience.
