The 5-Minute Adventure The goal is simple: make 5 minutes of your dog’s day more interesting. Once a day this week, take your dog somewhere ordinary and turn it into a mini adventure. This could be: - 🌳 A different route on your usual walk - 👃 A “sniffari” where your dog chooses the direction - 🧩 Hiding treats around the garden or home for them to find - 🪵 Exploring a new safe surface or environment - 🎾 Playing a completely new game - 🧠 Doing 5 minutes of enrichment instead of their usual routine Let me know what you get up up to this week with your dog!

🐾 MONDAY CHALLENGE: MAKE MEALTIME ENRICHING! 🍽️🐶 Let’s start the week by turning one meal into an enrichment opportunity! 🧠👃❤️ Instead of simply putting your dog’s food down in their bowl, can you make them work their brain a little? You could try: 👃 Scatter feeding — scatter their food around the garden or a safe area and let them sniff it out. 🧻 DIY enrichment — hide kibble in a cardboard box, scrunched-up paper or a folded towel. 🧠 Puzzle feeder — use a lick mat, Kong or food puzzle if you have one. 🔎 Find it! — hide small amounts of their food around one room and encourage them to sniff it out. 🌿 Sniff & search walk — take some of their normal food with you and scatter a few pieces in a safe grassy area. 💡 Remember: enrichment doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive.
