calories-and-confidence

Calories and Confidence has been a life changing decision for me. I was at the point of turning to the GLP drugs. My doctor said I didn't qualify bc I had no medical condition to warrant using that. Then miraculously stumbled upon Sams free workshop and I knew this was what i needed. I am down over 70 lbs in 2 and 1/2 years. Sam and Kristen have been the most amazing coaches and cheerleaders!! This education has become almost more valuable than my college education. I am beyond grateful!!!
