This is the tool that I didn't know I needed! I caught the last half of Chris and Tosca's presentation and that was enough to convince me I should try it immediately!! I was just looking at engagement stats with Viv a few days ago. I was going to create a spreadsheet to help me understand my members better and to see what was working and what needs to be tweaked in my community. This tool will do this kind of thing for me!
