Citrus Oolong Slush For this refreshing slush, you’ll need - 4 cups boiling water - 1 cup turbinado sugar - 6 oz. Fresh lemon juice - 3 oz. Fresh orange juice - 2 cups brewed oolong tea As water starts to boil, so now it’s time to add the sugar. Keep stirring till the crystals dissolve. Turn off the heat now and add our lemon juice, orange juice and tea. Mix those together and we’ll take the whole pot and pour it into a container to freeze. I like using a low rectangular shape, because it’s easier to make the ‘slush’ that way. Be careful when you pour – it’s easy to splash out of a shallow container. Put in the freezer, but about every 20 minutes, you want to scrape down where the ice has formed – it’ll take a couple hours. I'm making this tomorrow. Comment if you have made this before.
