Maybe you're not invisible. Maybe you've just spent years making yourself smaller. For years, many of us become experts at being needed. The one who remembers everything. The one who organizes everything. The one who keeps everyone happy. The one who listens. The one who compromises. The one who says: "It's fine." Even when it isn't. And eventually, something strange happens. Everyone knows what they need from you... …but somewhere along the way, you stopped asking yourself what you need. That's not selfishness. That's a missing conversation. With yourself. Midlife can become the moment when you finally start asking: What do I actually want? Not what makes everyone comfortable. Not what looks good from the outside. Not what you've always done. What do I want? And maybe that's where being seen again begins. Sorry, for the long one... Stay visible 🤍🤍
