Quick Life Update!
Hi everyone! It’s nice to see so many new faces in this group. 🥰 I know I’ve been MIA for a few weeks. I recently moved into a new apartment and finished up my last week of teaching. I’m ready to get back on it and post more math tutorials for you. If there is a specific kind of topic you’d like me to cover, please let me know in the comments. Also, feel free to leave your own post and have your fellow peers give you feedback on whatever it is you need help with. Passing the exam will take a team effort. Happy studying! ✨

So, I just joined because I've decided to take the GED. I used to study for it every day, but someone said it was taking up too much of my time, so I became discouraged and it fell off. I just hope to pursue bigger career opportunities & not spend so much time trying to complete high school as I am also studying to become an entrepreneur.
Welcome! What Would Earning Your GED Mean to You?
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Please feel free to introduce yourself and share what it would mean for you to earn your GED diploma. Your story can inspire and empower others in this community. 💪✨ Let me start by sharing who I am and why I created this community. My name is Arlene Resendiz, but my students know me as Miss Arlene. I am 32 years old, born and raised in California, and a proud Mexican-American. I love to travel, go to the gym, and spend time with my loved ones. My guilty pleasures are Hot Cheetos and watching dating shows like Love is Blind🤭. I've been tutoring math for over 10 years, working with students from ages 6 to 60. Math has always been my favorite subject in school and my passion has been helping others see the beauty in it. I started posting math tutorials on social media since 2019 under the name Silent Math and have loved seeing the positive impact it has made. With my skillset, I hope to help as many people pass the math portion of the GED exam and get them going in life.💖 This community was created because I truly believe that with the right support, encouragement, and consistency, you can reach your goals. You don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can study, stay motivated, lift each other up, and move closer to finally passing GED Math and opening new doors in life. I look forward to reading your introductions, learning about your journey, and celebrating your successes along the way.🎓🏆
