...BORRLENECK....
What’s your biggest bottleneck? For people building a personal brand/business, what’s currently the biggest bottleneck for you? Getting attention, creating content consistently, converting attention into leads, or something else?

Distribution. You can have the best, the fastest and the cheapest solution but if no one knows about it… who cares?
First audit
First paid-path audit tomorrow — talk me through it? Tomorrow I run my first automation audit for a medical/behavioral health billing company. Free audit, paid build after — that's the deal. Setup so far: Pre-call email sent (tools list, screenshots, one real failure example) Client is recording Looms of the broken automations, narrating the "why" while clicking Zoom cloud recording on → transcript drops into 00_capture → workflow-map after One thing that's got my attention: they've worked with AI companies before, and those companies shut down. So I'm walking into a client who's been burned. Questions for anyone who's done a first client audit: What do you wish you'd asked on call #1? How do you handle a client who's skeptical because the last AI vendor disappeared? Anything you'd add to the 60/30/10 gut-check when auditing billing work specifically? Will report back after the call.

Process! End to end. How does it start? Who starts it? What systems does it need to talk to. What systems SHOULD is talk to. Who are the players. What is the happy path and what happens if the happy path isn’t followed. How does you revert changes if a mistake is made? How much will this cost after handoff?

Oh and how much does the new solution deviate from the current process and how much deviation is acceptable vs unacceptable. A few FAQs we get at Elution Labs! 👌🏼
Software isn't dead. It just stopped being the product.
The hot take on X right now: SaaS is dead, cancel everything, build in-house. The real shift: SaaS is becoming SiaS. Software in a Service. SaaS sells you a tool and makes you run it. Software in a service sells you the outcome, with the software built in. Calls answered, clients booked, systems connected, decisions surfaced from real-time data. Then add a layer of intelligence. This shift is happening across every industry at every organization size.

@Leonard Dauksza I hear ya. Businesses want to do what they do best. I still think SaaS sprawl will collapse. At least that’s bet I built my business on. These organizations have a software products for everything. SaaS for marketing, SaaS for CRM, accounting, emails, etc. Data scattered all over the place, unorganized. unstructured, and untapped. It’s amazing actually. This week we're delivering a custom solution to a client that ran their entire business on spreadsheets. Scattered data. Missing information. Lagging decisions. Our solution: One entry point, routed everywhere, real time. The numbers they steer by are finally today's numbers. Intelligence to provide trends and adjustments based on yearly, quarterly and monthly goals. Total cost monthly cost: estimated $45 - $90 monthly. Not per seat. Delivery time: estimated 2 weeks This is the new age we are living in.
Looking for someone to review my code
Hey team! I’m working on a project that’s ready to go to market and I just need some validation that the code base is in good condition. If you or someone you know can take a look for me it would be greatly appreciated! Leave your contact information or send me an email [email protected] Thanks!

🎆 THE LAST SALE EVER — HELP US GET TO VEGAS 🎆
🎯 WE READ ALL OF YOUR RESPONSES. HERE'S WHAT'S NEXT (AND A BIG ASK) A couple weeks ago we asked you what you wanted Clief Notes to become. You showed up. You wrote real, thoughtful answers, some of you wrote essays. We read every single one. Twice. So before anything else: thank you. This post is us answering you. 💬 YOU TOLD US. HERE'S WHAT WE'RE BUILDING. You said you want a clearer path from learning ICM to actually getting paid for it. → It's coming. A real learning-to-earning track, plus a talent platform we're building to connect you with people who want to hire what you can do. Heads up: the talent platform will be Premium and VIP only, one more reason to lock in below. You said competitions without feedback don't help you grow. → Fixed. Going forward, every single entrant gets tailored feedback on their build, not just the winner. We're moving to two competitions a month so we can do it right. And both monthly winners get a 30-minute call with me. You said the best builds get buried in the feed. → We're building a tagged library so you can actually find "ICM setups for solo operators" or "small team, non-coder" instead of scrolling for an hour. You said you couldn't map all the pieces, Skool, Discord, the Lyceum, ICM, what each tier unlocks. → A single orientation page is on the way. One place that breaks all of it down so nobody's lost. You said you want to connect with each other. → We hear you. Meetups, pairing, and a recorded "After Tea" hangout are on the table. South Florida alone has over 1,000 of you. Let's use that. You said we've felt spread thin. → The most honest one. You're right. We're bringing on real help to run the day-to-day so the community gets consistency, and so Matt and I can keep building the things above instead of dropping balls. You called it, and we're fixing it. 📍 QUICK NOTE ON ICM: a few of you asked for "ICM with Copilot" or "ICM with n8n, Sheets, GoHighLevel." Good news, ICM already works with any model and feeds straight into the tools you're using. It's the structure underneath all of them, not a separate thing you have to relearn per tool. If that's not landing for you, that's on us to make clearer, and we will.
