Subject presents as a former World Bank manager, Berlitz executive, FBI consultant, and Senate witness who now coaches consultants out of Austin, Texas, on an equity-in-profit basis with a deliberately small client list. Subject surrendered German citizenship for U.S. clearance, which this office notes without comment, filed alongside every other file where someone traded a passport for access. WHAT'S HIS INTELLIGENCE VALUE? Subject has spent months converting his own decision-making into rules, prompts, and delegation protocols, essentially producing an exportable model of his own judgment. Assessed with moderate confidence: this is either a productivity system or a confession that he is trying to make himself redundant on paper before anyone else does. WHY MIGHT WE WANT HIM? He has already built the extraction pipeline we would normally need six months and a wiretap to construct. He hands over his own decision architecture voluntarily, labeled and tagged for confidence level. Subject calls this a Personal Operating System. We call it turnkey. WHY MIGHT WE REGRET WANTING HIM? Assessed with moderate confidence: a man who turns down reach to protect a slogan will turn down us for the same reason, possibly using the same slogan. HOW COULD HE COMPROMISE THE AGENCY? Pressure point: status and positioning, not money. Subject has built his identity around "Original Intelligence, Not Artificial" while running his operation substantially through AI systems he personally trained.
