This has been even harder when reaching out to hiring managers. I try to keep my messages short, highlighting my relevant achievements in 2-3 bullets and requesting to connect about the role/ my experience. Any recommendations on how I could improve my strategy for a better response rate? Would love to hear suggestions that have worked for you.
