An experiment
I was playing around with some cheap beads, wondering if I could weave bands of peyote. The grey reminded me of chain mail. I was reading the Game of Thrones series at the time, and it got stuck in my head. Well, if you are familiar with GOT, there is a lot of blood involved. I mean a lot. So….I’ve named this bracelet “Winter Is Coming”.

I won’t be beading until October😢😢😢
I found out Friday I’m having my other cataract done, they were only doing one, but the difference in my eyes is too much. Surgery set for September 10, so will not be until October that I can get a new prescription for glasses 👓. I just want to bead!

Beadfest
Did anyone go to Beadfest in Pennsylvania the beginning of this month? I went in 2022 and it was great but 2023 was terrible. Has it improved with new management?
