Here we are at the weekend and this is a great time to pause and celebrate your wins... The things that went well. It's also totally acceptable to celebrate the wobbles! Those things that did not quite go as you had wished or hoped or wanted. I've definitely had some of both this week! And I'm sure you have as well. I will share mine in the comments but let me just say one thing I'm involved with put a big deadline right here in the middle of eclipse season.. and lots of people are feeling very much eclipsed as we are marching towards this deadline. 😆

Most of our harshest self-talk was learned, absorbed from parents, teachers, past relationships, culture, not originally ours. Somewhere along the way we forget it was ever borrowed and just start calling it our own voice. Once you notice a thought isn't actually yours, you get to choose whether to keep carrying it. You don't have to earn your worth, not from the people who first planted that belief, and not from the voice still running in your head today.
