You tried the self-love routines. They quit the day your energy did. For mid-life women with chronic illness, a practice built to actually hold. 🌙

Do you ever hear a voice that says you haven't earned rest yet?
Do you ever hear a voice that says you haven't earned rest yet? Or one that turns a missed practice into proof you're failing? Or one that compares your real, lived life to someone else's curated one? It isn't a flaw in you. Your inner critic is usually a voice you learned early, from caregivers, culture, or places where criticism felt like motivation or safety. It believes it's helping. It's just very loud, and it's wrong about what you need. Join me for a live workshop Self-Compassion & the Inner Critic. It will be on Zoom. If you want access to the replay because you can't be there or you just want to watch it again, the replay will be in my community, Sacred Self Sanctuary https://www.skool.com/sacred-self-sanctuary-1128/about We'll look at: - Where your inner critic really comes from - How it shows up in your self-love practice - Why self-compassion isn't the same as letting yourself off the hook - How to talk back without fighting, with a simple question you can use in the moment and a companion tool to take with you - You won't silence it forever, but you'll stop mistaking it for the truth. You're welcome to just listen if that's all your energy allows, and I'll share the slides afterward. 📅 Monday, October 12th at 11am Central It's free, and everyone is welcome. 💜 https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85400092091

Live Workshop: Letting Go of Perfection as an Act of Self-Love
Letting Go of Perfection as an Act of Self-Love If you've ever abandoned a self-love practice because you missed a day, or felt like you were failing simply because it wasn't perfect, this workshop is built for you. We'll dig into where perfectionism actually comes from, how it quietly shows up in self-love and self-care specifically (the all-or-nothing trap, the guilt spiral, the "I have to start over" mindset), and what it really looks like to let go of that pattern for good. You'll walk away with a clearer, more honest understanding of what self-love actually requires, not perfection, but a practice that can flex, wobble, and still hold. Come as you are, imperfect and all. Date & Time: 11th September, 4:00pm Central In my community Sacred Self Sanctuary

🎤 Fancy Being Interviewed About Your Event?
I’m going to be trialling something new for members who have an event coming up — short, informal interviews all about you and your event. The idea is to give you a bit more space to talk about what you’ve got coming up, what people can expect, who it’s for and why they might want to join you. But there’s another reason I want to try this. Sometimes a post or event description only tells you so much. Actually seeing and hearing the person behind the event gives people a chance to get a feel for your energy, your personality and whether they feel they align with you. We’ll start by sharing the interviews here in Skool Events Daily and, if they work well, we’ll look at featuring them on our website and possibly our YouTube channel too — giving your event even more visibility. Nothing long or complicated. Just a short chat about you and what you’ve got coming up. So… who’s in? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Who has an event coming up and would like to be one of the first to give this a go? Pop your hand up below 👇

Self-love advice assumes steady energy. If yours fluctuates, it quits the day you need it. For mid-life women, I build a practice that holds. 🌙
