Yep, we have it all.

I love how passionate Max (teacher/soul fam/fellow practitioner) and obvi we have to mention every individual who shared their vulnerable story (without trauma dumping of course)

 I will sum this up with "You do it, you will reap the benefit." (we would model care so much that not going all in for yourself is quite impossible)
