If you don't have AVA: Go to the Classroom and start at the top. Only do day 1. Honestly force yourself to go past the obvious. Write down what comes to your mind. Allow it to be messy. When you would have done it with AVA, you literally dump it on her. Now dump it on paper, for you to look at at a glance. Read what you wrote again, ask follow-up questions, and answer your 3 questions under Day 1 and formulate your own one line. If you do have AVA, talk to her like you are having your last say, there might be something she catch that you never would have connected. Simply type/say: Pattern Interrupt, and she'll know what to do next. Only do day 1! Day 1 is one line: Catch the belief that's been running you on autopilot. Here's what to look for. Not a big dramatic realisation. The opposite. Watch for the quiet rule you never question, the "that's just how I am," the thing you do automatically to stay safe, keep the peace, stay ahead, prove yourself. It won't feel like a belief. It'll feel like a fact. That's exactly how you know you've found it. The ones that feel most obviously true are the ones worth catching. Your one job today: name it in a single sentence and post it here. Just the belief. Don't fix it, don't solve it, don't explain it away. Catching it is the whole task. Then watch what you do next.
