Well, it hasn't taken off like some of my other stores, but it is certainly showing very good signs pre-Q4 of a store that should scale. I haven't sold into Australia in some time, and had put it off purely based on having to deal with sales tax...I do afterall, like to not have to do a lot of work and it just felt like added complexity...but it really isn't. In any case, I felt there was a niche that could be target...I started with shirts and banked on people adding multiple to their orders to increase AOV... Initially I priced the shirts at $39.99, but that made it very lean, and very difficult to get to green. I wanted to be testing in with profits. I have since increased it and sell them for $44.99-$59.99 (I have some shirts with sleeve printing). Even had 1 lad spend close to $1,000 on a single order...and came back for more. Things I've done to increase AOV; - Added Monster Upsells and implemented 1 click upsells, buy more save more, and incentivised upsells - Email 2x each week + added all flows; Welcome, Browse Abandon, Cart Abandoned, Thank you After proving a couple of winning campaigns I added the following; - I've added Beast Bundles for Frequently Bought together - Proveway; tracking to get numbers on PayPal to avoid limits & blocks After that margins were still super lean. And I'd recently been doing research on buying a business no money out of pocket after I bought a mug press from a local sticker shop...as I was leaving she said to me, "You don't wanna buy a business too". I did a lot of due diligence and found that she was making 35-40% net profit...I was blown away... So after proving those winning designs, I bought my first batch of stickers...ugh, back to picking and packing (but now got my son helping me out! Despite the manual labour, which I intend to have fully taken over by Sambo, stickers are proving wildly profitable...as you can see on the last couple of days of my financial tracking the margins are reflecting the sticker biz I was looking to buy!
