Joining Cardio club has been a life changing experience!! 
I used to dread cardio, and staying consistent was a huge struggle, especially as a working mom of three. But the Cardio club provided exactly what I needed: accountability and a supportive community!
Now, I make it a point to fit in some cardio every day, even if it’s just 10 minutes, whether I’m at home or traveling with my family!
I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!
