C6-C7 Herniated Disc? Gentle Neck Exercises for Pain, Weakness & Nerve Symptoms
This is a community for back pain but it has been common to have some neck issues as our vertebrae bodies are connected together and there is a correlation of back and neck pain . https://youtu.be/Pk7e0rYIgik Are you dealing with **neck pain, stiffness, weakness, or symptoms that travel into your shoulder, arm, hand, or fingers**? In this video, I’ll guide you through a gentle routine combining principles from **Physical Therapy and Pilates** to help improve neck mobility, posture, strength, and movement while addressing common symptoms associated with cervical disc irritation. We’ll use simple tools you may already have at home, including a **towel or scarf and a soft pillow**, while practicing gentle stretching, isometric strengthening, and nerve-gliding exercises. ### 💙 WANT TO BUILD A STRONGER CORE, BACK & SPINE? If you want to go beyond individual exercises and follow a more structured approach, my **Core Back Protocol** combines Physical Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, mobility, posture training, and progressive strengthening. 👉 **Book a FREE One-on-One Coaching Consultation:** ### 🧠 WHY CAN C6-C7 PROBLEMS CAUSE ARM OR HAND SYMPTOMS? Neck symptoms can sometimes become more noticeable after prolonged **sitting, driving, computer work, looking down at your phone, or repetitive household activities**. When structures in the cervical spine irritate or place pressure on a nerve root, symptoms can sometimes extend beyond the neck and may include **pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness traveling into the shoulder, arm, hand, or fingers**. C6-C7 is a commonly affected area of the cervical spine, but symptoms alone cannot tell you exactly which disc or nerve is involved. A proper medical assessment is important when neurological symptoms are present. In this video, I'll also explain the different stages and terminology associated with **disc changes and herniation** so you can better understand what may be happening in your neck. ### 🙌 GENTLE NERVE GLIDES

Hip Pain When Sleeping on Your Side? Try These Glute & Hip Strengthening Exercises
https://youtu.be/QrMrxxq02mM Absolutely — I’d make this more engaging, easier to scan on YouTube, and more focused on the viewer’s problem: “Why does my hip hurt when I sleep on my side, and what can I do about it?” Hip Pain When Sleeping on Your Side? Try These Glute & Hip Strengthening Exercises Does your hip hurt when you sleep on your side? Maybe you fall asleep comfortably, but wake up during the night because the outside of your hip is aching, tender, or uncomfortable. In this video, I’ll show you gentle exercises and positioning strategies designed to help you understand one-sided hip pain, improve glute strength and hip stability, and find a more comfortable side-sleeping position. 💙 WANT PERSONALIZED HELP WITH YOUR BACK, CORE & HIPS? My Core Back Protocol combines principles from Physical Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, mobility, and progressive strengthening to help you build a stronger foundation. 👉 Book a FREE One-on-One Coaching Consultation: WHY DOES MY HIP HURT WHEN I SLEEP ON MY SIDE? Side sleeping places direct pressure on the outside of the hip. For some people, this can make an already sensitive area more uncomfortable—especially around the greater trochanter, where several important muscles and tendons attach. Persistent pain on the outside of the hip can sometimes be associated with conditions such as gluteal tendinopathy or greater trochanteric pain syndrome, but hip pain can have many different causes. That's why we don't want to assume every painful hip simply needs to be stretched. Your symptoms may also be influenced by factors such as: ✓ Gluteus medius and minimus weakness ✓ Hip and pelvic stability ✓ Previous injuries ✓ Hip mobility ✓ Sleeping position ✓ Mattress and pillow support ✓ Tendon sensitivity ✓ Arthritis or other joint conditions Understanding what is contributing to your symptoms is important. 🛌 YOUR SLEEPING POSITION MATTERS When you're lying on your side, your hips and legs aren't always perfectly aligned.
