Bio: I am 66 and a retired Medical Technologist. I stay active on my “Li’l Piece (Peace) of Heaven Farm” taking care of horses, donkeys, dogs, and cats.

Bio: Violinist from Houston TX 71 and still playing professionally, even with arthritis. Noticing some balance deterioration and want to strengthen that.

Bio: Aussie Grew up in Northern Sydney. Live on Central Coast NSW. Live with congenital orthopaedic challenges. Many successful ops. Love the surf.
