Hi I have previously created images on Midjourney and have then used the upscale function there. If I have now generated an image on Chatgbpt or Canva what is the best way to upscale the image (it has a good amount of writing on the image). Do I also export it as a jpeg or a png?

Hi I have just started to create my posters, do you think this looks too basic and how long should it be taking me to do each one? how long would it take to do 100?
