My Claude Pro account was recently banned. However, I am not sure what was the reason behind this. Has anyone successfully resolved this by appealing to Claude? IF this is not resolve, should I create a new account using different email and what about if my IP address is the same? Will it get flagged again? What about if my payment method / source is the same like the same credit card or bank account? Looking forward to your valuable suggestions and recommendations. What account I should go for Pro or Max? Many thanks!
