For those of you that have GBPs in addition to ranking sites organically, how do you create them and stay google-compliant? I know they are not needed I jsut want to know the less risky way to add those additional assets. Thanks.

Curious to hear from people who've been at this a while. I'm weighing whether it's realistic to build sites that produce stable lead flow on organic alone — no map pack, no GBP at all. A few things I'd love to hear about if anyone's willing to share: - Are you actually getting consistent lead volume month over month from organic-only sites, or is it more feast-or-famine? - How long did it take your sites to reach a stable lead flow you could actually rent out? I am new to this and have been contemplating for some time now. But just out of curiosity do you rank and rent these websites and also have a Google business profile? These days if you don’t have physical location, it’s hard to obtain one or do you guys just do ranking on the website alone?

I see a lot of people on here post about how they have their website ranking within 24 hours on first page of google, then later down the post someone asks them if they have any leads coming in yet from their site and they say no lol. Isnt the point of this to get LEADS? not to rank #1 on first page (that some tool is showing). most of the tools used to see keyword rank are for national websites not local. Is anyone actually doing this correctly and getting GBP for their rank and rent and looking at the heatmaps/rankmaps for the services they offer? Or is everyone just pretending that they are ranking #1 24 hours after launching a 5 page website with no real leads? I have been doing Lead Gens for few years now and I gotta say this gives me hope seeing everyone here creating 1-10 page websites and thinking they are ranking #1.
