Before moving on to week 2
- Which day was the hardest? Not from the program, from your life! - Yesterday was unbearable, pain is always on right side. - Where did control disappear first most often? - Sitting makes it worse - Did the same issue (pain / stiffness / lack of control) show up across different days? - Yes it did - Did anything already feel easier or clearer than earlier in the week? - Unfortunately no. Still cannot tell what triggers my stiffness and pain on right side

No - Did your neck or shoulders tense during harder exercises? No - Did you feel stiffness / pain in your lower back?
