A question for people running n8n or AI workflows for real clients 👇
Imagine a lead submits a form at 11 PM. Your workflow classifies the lead, updates the CRM, sends a notification, and attempts to book an appointment. But one node fails silently. The lead is saved, the notification never reaches the owner, and nobody notices until the customer complains. How have you designed your systems to prevent this? I'm interested in the practical details: - How do you detect failures that don't immediately stop a workflow? - Do you retry automatically, alert someone, or both? - How do you prevent duplicate bookings or duplicate messages when retrying? - What do you consider essential before calling a workflow production-ready? I'm building toward more reliable business automations, so real production lessons would be extremely helpful.

@Bharti Kaith Exactly! Tracking each step’s status makes recovery much easier. Retry logic and duplicate prevention are especially important when bookings or customer messages are involved.

@Malik Ahmed That’s a solid approach! I especially like the scheduled check for stuck leads. It adds another layer of reliability beyond execution alerts.
An affordable AI app build workflow: Will it break?
Hey everyone, I’m a student on a tight budget building a healthcare app using Claude Pro and Floot AI. My main goal is to deliver an app that will never break and can smoothly handle thousands of users without data loss. I don't have a technical background, but I plan to use GitHub for backups and Supabase as an external database to avoid relying on Floot’s sandbox. Is this approach alone enough to guarantee stability at scale, or am I missing any critical pieces? Could anyone give me a step-by-step blueprint to wire these together from day one? If you know an even better, more affordable, or more bulletproof stack for a solo builder, I'm completely open to ideas! Thanks so much! 🙌

@Parvina Kandan From what I know, Supabase Pro includes automatic daily backups, but you should check its retention period and recovery options. For security, start with authentication, Row Level Security (RLS), and keeping secret keys out of the frontend. This is what I know so far, so I'd recommend checking the official docs for the full details.

@Parvina Kandan I mean Supabase’s official docs on database backups . You can find them on the Supabase website. I’m still learning these topics too, so I’d recommend starting with their documentation.
AI voice agents just stopped sounding like robots
been testing the new full duplex speech to speech model on my AI receptionist and honestly kinda shook short here: https://youtube.com/shorts/6wk7j70dWVg?si=Bc9llSBp8XIwNOGd so what’s different? old setup (cascade) was 3 models stitched together: speech to text, then an LLM, then text to speech. every hop adds lag, and it has to guess when you stopped talking. that’s why voice bots either talk over you or leave dead air. next step was turn-based speech to speech. one model, audio in, audio out. way more natural and faster. but it’s still walkie talkie. it waits for you to finish, then it talks. interrupt it and it gets confused. full duplex listens while it’s talking. so you can cut in, say “wait actually”, or just go “mhm” and it adjusts on the spot. no guessing when your turn is over. it just feels like a convo. for a receptionist that’s the whole game. real callers interrupt, ramble, and change their mind halfway through a sentence. anyone else messing with this? curious what you’re building 👇
