What 2027 Looks Like for AI Automation (and How to Get Ready)
Quick breakdown of the 2027 outlook. It's not doom and gloom, but it is a wake-up call. 2027 could be the most profitable year of AI automation so far, and also the start of its decline. Nobody knows how fast that decline goes, and anyone who claims to is guessing. What's coming in H1 2027 A big chunk of business owners are going to realize AI can do way more than they thought. These are people with money but no time, heads down in their businesses until now. When they look up, they'll panic, and they'll want a real human to help them. That means a surge in demand for people like us. But the work changes shape: - Less building, more direction. When anyone can build almost anything, the valuable part is knowing what to build. - Implementation → education. Expect a shift from "I'll build it for you" to workshops, team training, consulting, and embedded upskilling. - Drag-and-drop is fading. Make, Zapier, n8n, etc. are declining as a share of projects, while Claude Code, internal web apps, pipelines, and consulting grow. - Think one-click setups for teams (e.g. Claude Cowork) rather than custom builds for everyone. What to do right now 1. Move up to higher-bandwidth outputs. Text alone won't cut it. Think video, 3D visualizations, simulations, and interactive tools. 2. Build workshop and training offers. Teach a team to use the tools, build their skills and setups, then give them a plan to keep leveling up. 3. Go after short-term growth opportunities. More opportunities will appear, but each will last a shorter time. Spot them early and move fast. 4. Put sales and marketing first. Technical skill is being commoditized because everyone will be able to simulate it with agents. Funnel, pitch, follow-up, and social proof matter far more than your agent harness. The mindset The floor keeps rising. If you stay in the same place, you're falling behind. And the same shift is hitting every white-collar industry, so being on the side that does the automating is still the best seat in the house.
Which niches are best for speed-to-lead systems, and which should I avoid?
I'm new to speed-to-lead systems (instant SMS/email replies to inbound form and ad leads). I'm choosing a niche and would rather learn from people who've done this than guess. If you've built or sold one: which niches worked best, and why? Which looked good but turned out harder than expected (low lead volume, compliance, price sensitivity, churn)? Wins and failures are both useful. Short replies and numbers welcome. I'll share a summary of what I learn.
Is Codex worth learning to reach $10k/mo with an AI agency?
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m planning to start an AI agency with a goal of hitting $10k/month. I’m considering learning OpenAI Codex as my primary skill to build solutions for clients, but I want to make sure it's the right choice. For those running an agency or offering AI services: Is learning Codex worth the investment to reach this revenue goal, or should I prioritize other skills first? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
My Biggest Video Is Back — Updated for 2026
My original AI agents course has over 2 million views. I just rebuilt it from scratch for 2026. The tools changed. The platforms changed. The opportunities changed. So everything in it had to change too — and this new version is completely free. Here's what's inside: • A full foundations chapter on how AI agents actually work — what separates them from chatbots, and why businesses are paying real money for people who get this • Four end-to-end live builds: a Telegram expense tracker, a website lead gen chatbot, a voice agent that auto-qualifies new leads, and a full sales copilot with its own frontend • The two paths to making money with these skills — builder or consultant — and exactly how to figure out which one fits you • The stat that should stop you in your tracks: right now there is one AI service provider for every 1,100 businesses that need help No coding experience required. All templates and resources are free inside the community. Watch the full course here → https://www.skool.com/learn-ai/classroom/2871573e?md=4d414174f78645b29fd4d7fa3a87dc21

I noticed you’re using n8n, but these days many people are using Claude Code. Any reason you didn’t choose Claude Code?
Complete Beginner Roadmap for AI Agency in 2026 — n8n First or Claude Code?
I'm a complete beginner wanting to start an AI automation agency. Should I start with n8n to learn the fundamentals first, then move to Claude Code? Or should I jump straight into Claude Code? What's the recommended learning path in 2026?
