All glory to HIM.. Honestly, I don’t have some big speech for this one. I’m just grateful.😥 A couple months ago I was fighting just to get my first deal closed, and today I closed my third one. Not long before that, I was stressing about how I was going to pay my rent and bills, and it literally came down to the last day. That’s something I won’t ever forget. I’m still learning every day, still asking questions, still figuring things out as I go, but little by little, things are starting to click. Thank you again to @Evan Hamilton, @Korey Whitley, @Zach Ginn, @Richard Ginn and everyone in this community who has helped me along the way. I appreciate you guys more than you know. Three down. Grateful for every single one. Back to work.

All glory to God The first deal proved to me that I could do it. The second one reminded me that the work is starting to compound. This one wasn’t as big as the first, but a win is a win. Not every deal has to be a home run, sometimes it’s about keeping the momentum going, gaining experience, and getting another one across the finish line. Still learning. Still making mistakes. Still showing up every day and getting better. One deal can change your confidence. Two starts building momentum. Grateful for everyone who’s helped me along the way.
