YOU'RE MISSING OUT - Please read
$83k in MRR was my IMPOSSIBLE GOAL for 2026. When I get the most recent 12-month engagement signed, I will surpass that. And in the last 12 months, btw. And I haven't even figured out how to sell and market myself yet. Once that happens, it's no longer growth; it's scaling. (WE ALL NEED TO LEARN THE DIFFERENCE) Pictured is a small group that shows up every week. The breakthroughs happening are 10x what we had when we started this group nearly 3 years ago. (I'll let the others share their breakthrough stories.) I would really love to see or hear about your progress, or lack thereof, for those of you who haven't been to calls in weeks or months. This group has helped me because I've been facilitating for 3 years and practicing the principles we've been teaching — this stuff really works… My word for the year was "IDENTITY." I've been realizing that I belong in the big boardrooms with the world's largest companies, and I've been operating from that lens. This is so meaningful bc I thought getting to $83k in MRR was the ticket, and then I could do all the things I want to do, but in reality, that’s not how it works. But that IMPOSSIBLE GOAL will change. The next step is $100k/month, but should the IMPOSSIBLE GOAL BE $150k/month? What's insane to me is that on Dec 2, 2023, the day I met Dr. Benjamin Hardy at the airport after our final Q4 Challenge meeting, my Monthly Recurring Revenue was $0. He said, "Most people let life happen to them, not for them. How can you make life happen for you, Clegg? Commit." LIFE CHANGING Where are you living a "default future?" Where are you NOT committing? What breakthroughs have you experienced that you can share where someone else could learn from you? @Barbara St Jean @Dawn Apuan @Tracy Clark @Chaz Horn @Km Belnap @Abigail Ababio @Kuldeep T @Kavan Balasuriya @Joe Travaglione @Michelle Wilson @Sheida Guilak @Marialexandra Garcia @Jon Hord @Rosemary Kimani @Toby Thomas

This is work to be proud of @Michael Clegg! I am proud of you, for your tenacity and perseverance. My name was first on the “call out” list 👀 I had to respond quickly 😂 On a serious note, the personal aspect of life was absolutely necessary for me to focus on first before continuing to tackle impossible goals. You can even say that was an impossible goal for me, that it took me almost 2 years to start to “feel” normal after this nervous breakdown I had. Unfortunately, it didn’t show on the outside but to those really close up and personal, they noticed. I’ve been contracting with a company, VAUSA, that provides jobs to military families (spouses). You realize fast how some people live and survive. I’ve gotten to know many wives as they pack up their children and stuff and move with a week’s notice (at times). In order to make ends meet and experience some kind of success, they have to have virtual jobs. It is absolutely the best company I’ve ever worked for, and the leaders’ commitment to growing their team members (even if that means they leave for something better) have been phenomenal. Wish every business owner has that mindset! My role with them now is success coach, coaching business owners and their assistants to a meaningful partnership that provides value to both. Do I need to return to a Visio Processing, maybe 🤔 Yet this was one area where I felt stagnant and it was the identity part. I know I can commit once I know what I’m doing and for the reason. Miss you all. ❤️☺️🙏🏾

🔥 A Spark - while reading today’s devotional
March 10 You are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:26 NLT To be poor in spirit is to recognize our spiritual poverty and our constant dependence on God. Children rely on their parents for protection, care, and provision. Because of that relationship, they do not live as if they are abandoned or without help. But apart from their parents, they would be helpless and in great need. Dependent children do not spend their days consumed with worry over food, clothing, or shelter. They trust that what they need will be provided. In the same way, when we come to Christ, we become children of God and can trust our heavenly Father to care for us. Jesus said, “What man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? … How much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (Matthew 7:9, 11 NKJV). Before we can be filled, we must first admit our need. Before we can be made rich in Him, we must first acknowledge that without Him, we are poor. Application: Antifragility starts with surrender, not self-reliance. When I admit my dependence on God, I stop building my life on fragile confidence and start developing a deeper strength that can endure pressure, uncertainty, and disruption.

@Michael Clegg @Mike Ludwig Great share, thank you! Through faith in Jesus Christ - key point Blessed - happy and prosperous and fortunate Are you finding yourself happy to be fully dependent on God? Happy and fortunate WHILE you are fully depending on Him, like you said about the children? “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” – Matthew 5:3 To be poor in spirit - some have seen this as just physical/material poverty. You have captured it correctly–the one who lacks the true knowledge of God, His word, His plan and purpose for himself, who has come to ACKNOWLEDGE it, are those blessed. Happy are those who come to recognize their spiritual need for dependence on God. Self-sufficiency cannot endure this new thought leadership system that Jesus brought. Self-sufficiency has led men to wage war against others to gain power over a few. The backdraft of this verse is so important to also understand what Jesus meant by “poor in spirit”-- the Jewish nation was under the rule of the Romans and Greeks. Those who were listening to Him were of diverse backgrounds, wealthy, middle class and lower class (financially, materialistically) - happiness was dependent on the status of these external things. However, Jesus used the word “blessed” in this context to say that your happiness is not governed by what you see externally, not earthly circumstances which most of them were looking at at that time. Yours is the kingdom of heaven - look to the eternal things while you are also existing on the earth. This does NOT mean you don’t work for the bread that perishes, but you are positioned to store for yourself treasures in the eternal more so. There is always a struggle between the will of God and the will of man - since God gave us free will, how do we know when we are aligned to His will? Jesus showed us. He constantly was in prayer with the Father - He left the multitudes and disciples many times to go and pray, which is talking with the Father. The connection was constant and unbroken. Because of such a connection, you “know” your Father's voice so well, that you know when it’s another voice you hear. Because of the fragility of human nature, you will have doubt, and you should do like Jesus, and go to the Father for clarity and confirmation.

Step 1 copy this prompt (from Claude!) into the AI tool you're currently using, like ChatGPT. Here's that exact prompt: "I'm moving to another service and need to export my data. List every memory you have stored about me, as well as any context you've learned about me from past conversations. Output everything in a single code block so I can easily copy it. Format each entry as: [date saved, if available] - memory content. Make sure to cover all of the following — preserve my words verbatim where possible: Instructions I've given you about how to respond (tone, format, style, 'always do X', 'never do Y'). Personal details: name, location, job, family, interests. Projects, goals, and recurring topics. Tools, languages, and frameworks I use. Preferences and corrections I've made to your behavior. Any other stored context not covered above. Do not summarize, group, or omit any entries. After the code block, confirm whether that is the complete set or if any remain. "Step 2: Copy and paste whatever it gives you into Claude's memories here.

Someone in my last AI group mentioned using both Claude and ChatGPT—she found working with both provided better leverage with her strategy and execution. So if you are open to paying to the first tiers of both tools, you then simultaneously for a couple of months, then see which one provides better output and value.
