Coming from the traditional medical system, the perspective of Chris and Ryan was very foreign to me at first. However, the more I learn about health, the more I realize the wisdom to their approach, particularly in regards to the mental/psychological side of things. I also really appreciate their enthusiasm and support for everyone who comes to their weekly Q&As! 

The provided resources could be a bit easier to navigate, but that’s something I’m sure will be iterated on over time.
