Making £800 a week now!
Just wanted to jump in here and say I bought the playbook just under a month ago and finished it in a weekend, was very straight forward and got loads of personal tips from Eliot and Ben in private messages and now I already started working at two big clubs in Manchester and finally got my first paycheck. Made 250 in one night on my first week! Now im making almost £800 a week across 3 venues. Just wanted to put in here if you are thinking to start, just do it, they make it very easy on how to get started and how to land a job. Was looking for a new income that matches my personality and interests, and this ticks every box and now I can finally see it working for real once the money landed in my account!

Great to see the Playbook is being put into practice. This is just the start! Well done Jordan
What's actually stopping you?
Most of you joined because the idea of getting paid to go out sounded good. But you haven't started yet. What's the one thing holding you back? Is it not knowing where to start? Not knowing what to say to a venue? Thinking you need experience first? Tell me below and we'll answer every single one.

Where do I start… I started in 2006 in london. I currently reside in Bali. I built an entertainment and concierge company offering a complete horizontal integration of services 69 permanent Staff over 100 included subcontracted it was award winning. I’m at the time one of its kind. Now moving on, I won’t bother with the paid to Party business I think that’s an obvious one. Let me explain to you. What door is it open to me from when I was 25 to now I’m 47. I went on from that company to open my own clubs. Go into multimillion GBP property development projects, a whole host of side businesses in Fashion retail, distribution of a Monaco/Finland based vodka brand and financial industry. Now currently opened a company for consultation on visas, private security and legal counsel. Everything I have done has come apart from my own work ethic, has come from my early network in life that growth nightclubs and the international hospitality scene in general. I travelled too. I have been everywhere on that party circuit.. Ibiza, Mykonos, marbella, Miami, nyc, LA, , Dubai. Cannes, st tropez, Monaco. My network grew and grew over 10 years. The also had a lot of fun!!!! Believe me I’ve hung out with all sorts of people famous, new money, old money plenty of models and just some cool people in general. I know hundreds of success success stories that come to from friends working in the club industry. Anything from yacht brokers to people in finance. The point is networks give you a leg up in life. You can build anything from it with the right mind set On personal note I know Eliot and Ben both personally and professionally. They are very qualified to be running this platform My site https://www.vslgroupbali.com

Thanks Pete. This is a perfect example of where the nightlife industry can take you...
What does a promoter actually do?
People hear "promoter" and think it's complicated. It's not. You find a venue. You bring people. They pay you. That's it. The more people you bring, the more you earn and if you start to book tables, thats where the big money is! A typical night looks like this — you spend the week inviting people through DMs and socials. On the night, you show up, check your guests in, make sure everyone's having a good time, and get paid at the end. Most of you are already going out every weekend. You're just not getting paid for it yet. If you're still wondering whether this is something you could actually do — ask me anything below. No stupid questions. Here is a POV from one of our promoters last Sunday... Would you like to be able to call this work too?

How do promoters get paid?
This is the first question everyone asks. So here's the breakdown. There are 4 main payment structures in nightlife and knowing which one to negotiate changes everything. Depending on where you are located and the type of venue you work with, most venues offer a per head deal & bonus structure as it's the easiest for a venue to measure your value — but there is no cap on what you can earn. We touch more on this in the Playbook. Swipe below to see the different ways to make money as a promoter...
