Hey everyone, Two things, straight to it. First: there's no Blues Hang this Thursday. I've taken it off the calendar. Second: I've decided to close this Skool group. It shuts on Sunday 6 September. Hey guys, Apologies for the short notice. I can't attend this week's or next week's live hangs. I have a random Thursday pub gig next week, and I forgot about a social event my wife's attending this evening. So I'm on kiddy duty! However, I've created a Zoom link that requires no host. Fingers crossed it works. So what this means is you can join the call and hang out with your fellow members, socialise, and get to know each other. That'll be for this week and next week. I'm going to record some video tutorials tomorrow and Monday and will post them for you guys to look at, so when I come back, I'd like the call to be geared around answering your questions. I had quit guitar a year and a half ago because it was hurting my hand. So I took up piano keyboard instead. But I missed guitar and came back to it in late June. I've since found ways to ease the stress on my left hand. Well, while practicing piano I was quite disorganized and found it hard to stay motivated. It dawned on me one day to make a record of what I was practicing and how I was using my time. So I put it in a spreadsheet. One surprise I got from this is that the spreadsheet turned out to be quite a motivator also. I'm posting this in case anyone finds this helpful. The video explains how to use it.
