Midjourney is testing a crazy new feature
I don't know if there are any Midjourney users here, but if you go to https://alpha.midjourney.com/imagine you can try the new 'Live Preview' mode All you need to do is generate one prompt, then if you click on the 'Styles' button in the top-right panel, you will see the option for the 'Live Preview' - and somehow this lets you view that previous prompt in a bunch of different style codes I haven't had my results come out *exactly* like the previewed image so far - but this is still pretty unique and kinda feels like magic

This is fun. Not sure yet if it's useful.

Seems to get stuck too.
Portfolio Showcase Thread!
If you've taken the time to complete the 7-Day Challenge I would love to see your results! Please show off your Portfolios in the comments below - you can link to it if you have published it online, or just show us screenshots of your progress if you're keeping it local to your computer! Cheers! - Nolan

I’m not sure I followed the them exactly, but I did use ChatGpt 6 to create an interactive 3d room from an image. I also added and animated character. You can try it here http://benwomack.com/curiosity-room/

@Nolan Michaels Thanks. I thought it was cool. I built it with ChatGPT 6 and a blender skill that I saw on X - https://x.com/xiaohua_888/status/2099677329752813584?s=20 I gave ChatGPT 6 (Astra and you have to use the desktop version). I already had the character and rigged and animated it in mixamo (although you can do the entire process in Tripo now). I asked it to build a 3d version. I gave it the character and asked it to make him walk and wave. It even took my character and rendered it out in Blender for me to review. I did iterate a bit. I wasn't real excited about the models and the chair was a mess. So I asked it to give me reference images to use in tripo for fancier models. It took me a couple of hours and if you don't have a paid plan it might eat through all your credits/tokens. But it's pretty amazing. The friction between idea and implementation is almost entirely gone. I have been wanting to build something like this for years and it took less than a day. I hope to post a more comprehensive recap soon.
[Big News] You gotta see this - Runway ML World Model
Yah this is a big announcement - Runway ML just uploaded a video of their 'World Model' in action - it looks like magic. I highly suggest reading their press release: https://runway.com/news/research/introducing-solaris - and even signing up for early access! & I wrote a mini blog sharing my thoughts here: https://www.skool.com/ndc/classroom/ea41180c?md=2000cee03ec14968b5755deb9bfd1dbd

Definitely trying this.
I let GPT-6 play City Skylines 2
Have you ever heard of the video game 'City Skylines'? You build a city from a top-down point of view - it's a lot of fun - and two days ago I started letting an Ai Agent construct its own city. I also let the Agent blog about it's progress - if you want to know more about this experiment, check out the posts here in the classroom! ^ there are two blogs to catch up on - let me know what you think!

It’s also amazing at creating websites. I had an old mockup that 5.6 created. 5.6 version of the site was close, but 6 astra, was an exact replica of the mockup. This would have taken me at least a week even with the mockup. Astra took 25 minutes.

@Nolan Michaels agreed. Idea to implementation in minutes.
