I started with dpdr and obsessive depressive thoughts, I couldn’t eat without throwing up and I was having problems sleeping. Then I started noticing Star’s posts about ocd etc.. so I decided to give it a try since I wanted my life back because I knew deep down that I could get over this.
It’s been a month and a half now and the problems that I had back then seem so small compared to how good I’m feeling now. 
Star is a great teacher, very direct in explaining himself and gets the shit done.
