Daily goal ☑️ planned out what flowers to use for the next print. Autumn is such good inspiration! Will share a picture once I actually have it together. Another day of cleaning as well and some self care. Been feeling extra sleepy lately and took an unplanned 2 hour nap. 😅

Channel: the_introverted_girl Along with hitting the goals, also got on my walk and cleaned the kitchen. Clean space=clear mind.

It’s Sovereign month for the last time of 2026 and time to create and hold our future with a revisit of our vision for the rest of the year. The Sovereign Archetype is also known as Expressive because it is the internal engine of outward expression. It is going public with your service and value as well as who you are, what you do and believe. This is usually uncomfortable because going public opens us up to disapproval, judgement and shame. Do the work on this so you don't let the small people make you play small and have a small life. The Sovereign personality within us is the source of creativity and innovation. For those of us who are committed to these monthly tribework journeys it will consist of two parts: 1. The first is a DAILY PRACTICE within the Sovereign throne room which is expressive, public and aligned with creating your future vision. This could be public media posts, writing and sharing or some form of outreach. We do this every day so make it realistic or you will not be able to build a build a streak then a practice and then a ritual. Like all our other challenges, if this new practice works for you fold it into your Perfect Day and keep it rolling from now on. 2. The second challenge is project based. What is a month-long expression, outreach or creative project you will complete by the end of the month? This could also be the goal of your daily practice. DROP YOUR TWO COMMITMENTS FOR THE MONTH IN THE POST BELOW FOR SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

Today was a really nice day for family. It was my nephews 17th birthday a couple days ago! (Time seriously flies) Today we went to an escape room together. I've never done one before so it was really fun and challenging! Big family meal afterwards and good times. Back to it tomorrow. Trying to figure out a daily practice for sovereign goal, but coming up short. Posting daily just isn't realistic for me as I know I just won't do it. Maybe filming daily?

Been out for a few days, mostly just trying to fend off a slump. Tends to happen after my birthday, and around when I finish a project. Walking and morning routines are being maintained, think it's finally turned into a habit. Reset half my space, will do the other half after my volunteer day tomorrow.
