Hi everyone! My name is Bianca and I've been a nurse for 10 years. I've been in the same specialty for the past 7 years and I've been comfortable the whole time. The idea of starting an assisted living facility came recently and as I've looked into it has quickly grown to be a goal of mine. I am extremely nervous because I have never had my own business and don't like stepping out of my comfort zone, but this community support and the steps being provided puts me at ease and I'm excited to get started.
