Like many of you I found Florence on instagram, and had a few kettle bells collecting dust in the corner. I thought I could do it on my own and after months decided to subscribe to her August challenge to get a bit of a boost. And it was incredible. She was so present on the community chat, was clear and concise in the daily challenges, and did it with us all! The balance and strength it has given me as an equestrian is amazing. I’m stronger in the saddle
than ever. Me and my horses thank her!
