Our heart beat, is the pulse that gives us life. If our pulse stops, we’re either dead or in trouble.

“The pulse”, is the heart beat of music. If it stops, or is erratic, speeding up, and / or slowing down, your ability to play or perform music will be on life support. It doesn’t get any more fundamental than this. Without having a strong inner pulse, at best your music will be wounded, at worst it will be dead.

Dave Smith’s Rhythm Skool is your rhythm and pulse version of guided meditation.
