🔴 LIVE Volleyball Q&A Today Today we'll be discussing one of the most powerful mental tools for attackers: Developing your Alter Ego. We'll talk about how to create an attacking mindset that helps you play aggressively, eliminate fear of making mistakes, and perform with confidence under pressure. We'll also answer your questions about hitting, arm speed, mechanics, and mindset. 🕔 Join us today @ 5 pm Mountain Time on Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88002118032 One of the biggest differences between average hitters and great hitters isn't physical... It's mental. Many of the best attackers develop an alter ego they step into before every rally. They aren't thinking: ❌ "Don't hit it out." ❌ "I hope I don't get blocked." ❌ "What if I make another error?" Instead, they become someone who attacks with confidence. Your alter ego might be: ⚡ The Terminator – Nothing distracts you. Just execute. 🦅 The Predator – Every set is an opportunity. 💥 The Hammer – Every swing is fast and committed. 🧊 The Ice Player – Calm under pressure. Same approach whether it's 2-2 or match point. The goal isn't to become reckless. The goal is to become fearless. Before your next practice, ask yourself: Who steps onto the court when it's time to attack? Give that version of yourself a name. Then every time you walk onto the court, become that person. 👇 Question for the group: If you had an attacking alter ego, what would you call it, and what three qualities would define it?
