Rental insurance
Guys that started out renting their equipment, who did you get to write your insurance policy to satisfy your machine requirements above the rental company?
First AD launched
1 week ago today I turned on my first Facebook Ad. only $15 a day and I have 2 booked jobs and 32k quotes outstanding with more in the pipeline. To be honest, I had no clue what would happen. I just knew that if I wanted to build something, I had to put myself out there and start talking to people. One week later, I’ve walked properties in several counties, met some great folks, put together multiple quotes, and booked my first job. The first job isn’t what I’m excited about, though. What I’m excited about is proof of concept. Proof that people need the service.Proof that they’ll pick up the phone.Proof that hard work and showing up still matter. There’s still a long way to go, but it’s encouraging to see something that started as an idea begin to take shape. Now it’s time to keep learning, keep improving, and keep serving people well. There is no better time than now to make the leap and go for it! Success awaits you on the other side!

@Ron Mattson you too! Ride that ship to the moon! Keep killing it!
Does your property look like this?
New ad content started this morning, coincidentally, exactly what this mornings (5/22/26) podcast covered. Ads talking to target land owning clients. Had nothing booked. 3 Leads later and I just booked a 3 day job, going on a site visit next week for a 165acre piece (hopefully 10 acres of mulching), and waiting to speak to an 80acre parcel (looks like 15 acres of mulching) this afternoon. Possible 60K of work in the pipe.

Way to go!
First job
So I had felt like I underbid this job but ended up winning it wasn’t much but to make 1200 of profit in a day seems a win it was a dirt pad job kind of underestimated on the yardage due to the slope of the land but still managed to make some money out of it!
