I am an explorer in many ways, and this has led me to learn, study, practice many things: I embarked into the world of manual therapy and found my way to a master of Chinese medical massage (Tuina). Since then, I’ve been an avid student of this truly powerful and extensive manual therapy. After a tough breakup years ago, I came across bioenergetics therapy, a type of body psychotherapy where mental-emotional, and even spiritual issues are dealt with through active meditation, breathwork, movement, etc – I’ve since then been attending a multi-year certificating program to be able to help people 1-1 or in group settings to get to a place of clarity and summon the courage to act upon that clarity. What’s commonly referred to as ‘men’s work’ also became a part of my life around the same time. I have since then moved away from ‘pure’ men’s work and men’s circles to a slightly different approach of doing ‘the work’. One where women are included too … we’re all in this together, right 😉 Last but not least, I am a student of Paul Chek at the Chek Institute. Maybe you’ve heard of him. He’s a master at holistic lifestyle and exercise coaching. Connecting the dots between diet, sleep, hydration, movement, breathing, thinking, the list goes on and on! These are the things I focus most on right now … I forgot about 1 thing! Since a year I’ve started training BJJ … truly life changing too! I am here to find the right tone, the right format & presence for me to put myself more out there. I want to connect more easily with people whom I can help, people that can help me, and people who are on a similar path with whom I can share my ongoing journey. All of this in a way that feels completely in alignment with who I am and what I want to bring to the world. A fun and invisible fact about me is that I am half Belgian (mother) and half Colombian (father side). It’s always a bit of a shock when people find out … most assume I’m just a plain Belgian, German or Polish guy … anything white and blonde really … except Latin American :D
