Catch play is one of the best opportunities to coach. The best teams consistently play the best catch. Go to our CLASSROOM and click on "Throwing Programs Explained". As coaches, be actively involved during catch play. Don't stand on the sidelines. Move through your groups, observe each athlete, reinforce quality throwing patterns, and provide immediate feedback. Correct mechanical flaws, challenge players to throw with intent, and help each athlete develop efficient, repeatable movements. Watch and Listen👁️👂

Hello Team - Last night was a great opportunity to work with @Haylee De jong @Sydney Roberts @Jason Young @Matt Hannen @Niguel Perez @Mike Roberts @Charlie Wund . We all can attest to some progress that was made. I wanted to share this video, it's a clip from a longer video but it does a nice job of "slowing down and teaching" HOW the body and feet work during a cut. Lot's of opportunity for improvements in other areas too but wanted to share this one. Let me know what you think.

A common thing i see from young players is the glove "flash". Early on I hear Bobby Labs say "PRESENT". This is a good video with some slow down and good dialogue to help teach.
