What should i do to make myself look around the whole board to make sure i dont blunder

I've been told the same thing by several people, play longer time controls. Still haven't but that's what I'm told. 🤷♂️ I did get a Chessup2 recently so that will force me to play longer times online since I'll have to move my opponents pieces as well. We'll see. 😎

Hello from the UK! I am 77 years old this year and obsessed with chess. I started learning in 2020 and probably sit somewhere between 1400 and 1500 elo on a good day 😊. The problem is I get very anxious when playing. I don't know why that is so I tend to avoid it. Wish I didn't!🤷
